The central location was perfect for my solo trip. The smaller room suited me well, although the lift system and room quality were disappointing. The staff's lack of coordination was frustrating, and the noise level was unbearable. However, the breakfast was a highlight.

Staff were excellent and super friendly/helpful when needed, also a massive bonus to have a 24 hour restaurant so there were amenities once you get back in from a late night.

st giles is in an excellent location - right beside the underground. rooms are clean - comfortable, and the vq cafe is very good. staff is friendly and helpful. maintenance sorted out a problem with the iphone charger cable very quickly.

I chose this hotel for a synod and the meeting room capacity was perfect for our needs, with various styles accommodated. The central location and dedicated entrance made accessing the conference facilities very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the tube station.

The only service I missed for my work was a faster and more reliable elevator service.

I was grateful to have it. the location of the hotel, within a two-minute walk of Oxford Street, was ideal for most people. the hotel's close proximity to the British Museum and Tottenham Court Road underground station was a major advantage. the availability of YMCA facilities downstairs and the abundance of shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and theatres in the area made my stay even more convenient. the concierge staff was very helpful and friendly, providing great service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Firstly, the location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city and just steps away from a Tube station. It was so convenient to get around and explore all the attractions. Additionally, the hotel staff were really friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and had modern decor, and I especially loved the large, modern shower. The aircon could have been more powerful in the bathroom, but other than that, everything was perfect. Oh, and the breakfast included in my rate was a great value for money and had a good variety of options, although some ingredients could have been higher quality for vegetarians.

Love the tasty Modern European cuisine at Sage and Chilli, the plush new gaming floor at Grosvenor St Giles Casino, and the fabulous cocktails at Hudson's House. Also, the British Museum is just a short walk away!
